About Wild Spiral Arts

Our Vision

Wild Spiral Arts provides expressive arts experiences, engaging with all art forms to express and explore

one’s deepest Self. The expressive arts mediate between head and heart for creative growth, health, and

healing. No special training or talent in any of the arts is required; we are all born with the ability

to make marks, sounds, movements, and words. We only need to allow ourselves to express

without fear or judgement. And if we learn to listen closely to our creations they will reveal to us

our deepest truths.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS

“There were a lot of interesting courses available, but I chose this one because it seemed intriguing, courageous, and unique; it has proven to be insightful, inspiring, tranquil, and uplifting. I highly recommend this class to anybody interested in expanding the way they approach their art practice. Great class. Thanks.” Anne

“This was a very meaningful experience.” Judy

“Peaceful! Opened doors I had closed on myself.” Gail

DIVE PARTICIPANT

“I was lost and found my direction thanks to Pat. When I lost my husband several years ago, my heart broke but it also broke open to a realization. I realized that we are more than the external life narrative that we tell ourselves.  For many years my outer life narrative played out as a senior vice president of a company. I paid the bills and lived well on my earnings but lived someone else’s dream and not my own. My life purpose was suppressed as I was not expressing my life from a soul level.   As the prospect of retirement approached I felt lost. I embarked on a journey to find myself and found Pat.  After the first conversation I knew that her coaching would move my thinking forward. In successive phases of specific art and writing exercises we explored my deepest self, revealing what I need and don't need while discovering the gifts I have and need to share.  Each exercise built on the previous until I emerged out of the darkness into awareness of my deepest self and the direction my life could take in rhythm with my soul.  Thank you Pat for this remarkable inner work and the prospect of moving forward at the deepest level as I continue my life journey.” Judy
